What is Co-Labs?

Co-Labs is the R&D incubation layer of COHESION Synergy Hubs. It gives qualified innovators and community cohorts structured access to technology, mentors and evidence-building before larger capital decisions. Cohort 01 launches as a virtual incubator while the physical campus is in development. Each 90-day cohort follows the four-phase venture continuum: Incubate, Accelerate, Combine, Replicate.

Who should apply?

Founders, innovators, research teams, creative entrepreneurs and community enterprises working across AI, advanced manufacturing, regenerative energy, FACE (Fashion, Arts, Culture + Entertainment), workforce development, wellness tech and urban systems. We welcome ventures at any stage from idea through scaling.

What technology is available?

For Cohort 01 (virtual), participants access cloud-based composable compute (CPU/GPU/FPGA/ASIC), an XR spatial hub, digital prototyping resources, and wellness programming through the COHESION platform. When the physical micro-campus opens, it will include on-site fabrication, co-working and co-living spaces, and public activation areas.

Is there a cost to participate?

Program structure and economics will be shared with accepted applicants. Co-Labs is designed to reduce barriers between people, technology and opportunity. Cohort terms, including any equity participation, will be finalized before Cohort 01 begins.

Where is the campus located?

Cohort 01 is fully virtual — participate from anywhere. The Phase 0 pilot micro-campus is a six-layer urban vertical development currently in planning. Market location details will be announced to accepted cohort members. Cohort 01 members receive priority placement when the physical campus opens.

When does Cohort 01 start?

We are currently in pre-launch application review. Cohort 01 launches as a virtual incubator — timing will be announced to accepted applicants. Early applicants receive priority placement and advance notice of all program updates.
